Your team has responded superbly
We are very impressed with the level of service we've received from the guys in your office in respect of enrolments to the scheme. In particular, we have had several late requests from employees who missed the Open Enrolment window in May and your team has responded superbly in accepting these applications and turning round the paperwork to let the employees get their bicycle. This level of customer service is not as common in the other benefits providers with whom we deal as we would all wish and we really appreciate it.

If you've got a question about participation in the scheme as an employer or employee, try reading the online FAQ for the relevant section. If you're an employer, you can also get more information about the scheme by downloading the employer brochure, which gives an overview of the scheme. There's a box at the bottom of the page.
