Their help and advice was faultless!
A few months ago I purchased a cycle from the Bikeshed Cycle Shop, Fore Street, Exeter. To say they were very polite, extremely helpful and able to offer very sensible advice would be a huge understatement. My husband also purchased his cycle from the Bikeshed in Exeter (via his own employer's membership to this scheme) and once again their help and advice was faultless. There are very few stores nowadays that seem proficient in respect of what they do and sell. However, I can truly say that my impression of the Bikeshed is that they have their trade sewn up! What to do if your employer is running the scheme
If your employer is running the scheme already, they will have been issued with a unique code. Type this code into the first box in the calculator.
The calculator will retrieve specific information about your scheme (eg VAT status, NI rates and any finance charges) and apply these to the savings calculation to make sure it's as accurate as possible.
If you've come via a web link supplied by your company (eg www.cyclescheme.co.uk/12345) then your employer code should already be in the first box of the calculator.
What to do if your employer is not yet signed up
Leave the employer code blank and fill in the rest of the information to get an example calculation. If your employer cannot claim back VAT (NHS trusts, charities and some financial institutions, for example, cannot) then you'll need to click on No to exclude VAT from the calculation.
Each scheme is different, and savings depend on the way the scheme is run. If your employer is not yet registered, we cannot guarantee that the savings shown here will be accurate, as they cannot take into account the individual circumstances of your employer.
